art+reading

Art+Reading is a serial publication aimed at examining the relationship between reading and making. Each issue includes an in-depth interview with an arts professional, always beginning with the question “What are you reading?” At the conclusion of the conversation, the interviewee provides a short reading list, in response to which a selection of artists and writers are invited to contribute further readings, as well as artist pages, creative writing, poetry, and critical analysis.Exploring the ways in which what we read shapes who we are as engaged citizens, Art+Reading celebrates print culture while seeking to create an extended community of readers. Our first edition is scheduled for early 2018.
